The dissertation deals with generalization of theoretical approaches and development of methodical recommendations as to a marketing support of emission activity of the metallurgical industry enterprises to gain competitive advantages as issuers on a stock market. By focusing on the marketing concept aimed at emission activity, the study defines substantiates necessity to form a marketing concept of the issuer. A theoretical basis is generalized as for a marketing support of emission activity of the domestic enterprises on the stock market with the main characteristics of the marketing management being identified. Trends in development of the stock market emission activity of the metallurgical enterprises are indicated. ISD Corporation is assessed as to its competitive position on the steel product market. Principal constituents are identified in the organizational and methodological support of the marketing management of ISD Corporation.
