The object: autobiography as genre variety of documentarily-artistic prose. Purpose: consists in determination of narrative features of autobiographic prose on the basis of structural analysis of texts. Practical value of the got results is predefined by that scientific material can be used at preparation of lecture courses from an entry to literary criticism, theory of literature, in development of seminar employments, at the conclusion of manuals, textbooks, reference books of professional aspiration, at writing of diploma and master's degree works, monographs. Methods: of synthesis, upervision, selection and arrangement of material.
