Nastina O. State proprietary for land in Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to the issue of law regulation of state proprietary for land in Ukraine, formulating theoretical generalization and practical recommendations for improving law regulation in the branch. The nature and essence of state proprietary for land, genesis of the process of setting and development of the law of state proprietary for land in Ukraine are investigated. There have been defined the principal categories of the research like "law of state proprietary for land mechanism", "terms of realization of the law of state proprietary for land", "forms of realization of the law of state proprietary for land", "ways of realization of the law of state proprietary for land". There have been formulated features of the objects of the law of state proprietary for land, defined the system of the subjects of law of state proprietary for land, given the classification of objects of law of state proprietary for land, grounds for arising and abrogation of the law of state proprietary for land.
