Dissertation is devoted to the modern problems of providing and realization of rights and legal interests of person during pre-trial detention. As a result of the conducted research knowledge is deep in relation to the concept, essence of rights and legal interests of person which is imprisoned during pre-trial investigation. A pre-trial imprisonment is examined as the forced isolation of the suspect (defendant) at the certain for these purposes establishments before direction of the criminal case with an accusatory conclusion to court for providing of the pre-trial investigation and implementation of judicial decisions.
