The dissertation is devoted to a broad investigation of abuse of the law. Establish the correlation of qualitative and quantitative changes in rates of abuse of the right features and the interpretation of this phenomenon with the type of comprehension pravotvortsiv, and pravokorystuvachiv pravozastosovtsiv, examines in detail the conditions and causes of abuse of the law, its structure is studied as a specific unlawful conduct. The mechanism of law and abuse of his items. We study the regulatory and enforcement tools to counter this phenomenon.
