Theoretical, methodical and practical aspects of effective functioning of agricultural enterprises, the ways of economic efficiency increase are researched. The questions of investments development with the aim of increase of their efficiency are described. Measures to improve economic mechanism of agricultural enterprises functioning are proposed which would provide production increase. Production structure of agricultural enterprises with existing level of resources at the basis of existing mathematic model is optimized with condition of for getting maximum profit. Profitability of agricultural enterprise is calculated with different levels of financial providing and variants to cover a lack of financial resource by attracting the loans are described. The expenses and level of possible profit are calculated in researched company with integration of plant growing and livestock production and full providing with own forage.
