In the dissertation were presented results of investigation of 74 women - victims of family violence with neurotic disorders related to stress, and 86 women with similar clinical symptoms of neurotic disturbances of non-violent genesis. As a result of the comparative analysis was revealed a victim-neurotic complex, which consists of socio-demographic, premorbid personality and psychologically-personal risk factors of neurotic disorders evolution in victims of family violence. On the results of clinical-psychopathological analysis, in victims of family violence were defined four clinical forms of neurotic disorders: anxiety-phobic (51,4 % of cases), anxious-depressive (29,7 % of cases), somatic-vegetative (10,8 % of the cases) and obsessive-compulsive (8,1 % of the cases). Was worked out a model of the psychological-psychiatric assistance to victims of family violence which included psycho-diagnostics, psycho-pharmacotherapy and the five-step psycho-correction with the purpose of elimination of the victim complex, non-violent attitude and reduction of neurotic disorders. The effectiveness of psycho-rehabilitation activities in relation to the victims of family violence with neurotic disorders is potentiated by a social and legal assistance.
