Matros O. Analysis of investment activity of enterprises: theory and methodology

The aim of the thesis is theoretical and methodological basis and development of practical recommendations to improve the investment of companies to ensure the effective management of investment activities. Object of research the system analysis of an entity in its investment activities. Subject of research are theoretical and methodological tools of investment analysis of the enterprise. Methods: logic synthesis, graphical, statistical methods, expert evaluations and others. Scientific novelty of the results lies in deepening and systematization of theoretical investment of the enterprise as the object of analysis and solving problems related to developing a comprehensive methodology for the analysis of the investment entityadapted for practical use in the structural divisions of enterprises of different ownership. First: - grounded methodological approach to the analysis of investment company whose base is the calculation of investment attractiveness and investment potential and capacity that enables the identification of quantifiable indicators of business investment.Improved: - еconomic essence of strategy efficiency of investment resources on the basis of the comprehensive assessment of its investment, which will, in contrast to existing approaches,more fully take into account the risky component of the investment;- сonceptual categorial apparatus that characterizes the investment company of the modern position - the classification of sources of investment resources. Unlike traditional notions of grouping sources of investment to internal and external invited to select their subgroups, such as: equity, debt. Further developed: - a methodology for the analysis of investment appeal, based on the calculation of integral index;- methods of analysis of the investment potential of the company, which is determined based on the share of investment potential in the total capital of the company;- methods of analysis of investment activity of the enterprise, which is that any investment company as investing resources and attracting investment, and therefore determined the activity of the investor and recipient.
