Vol'ska A. Social'ne is insurance in the conditions of transformation economy

1. The object of research: the process of functioning of the state necessarily social insurance system in Ukraine and particular its western region in. 2. The aim of research: synthesis of theoretical approaches about formation and functioning of the state necessarily social insurance and development on this basis into the practical recommendations for the improvement and rational use of financial resources of the state funds of social insurance. 3. The methods of research: in dissertation used the common and special techniques. The theoretical basis of research is a critical analysis of scientific achievements in compulsory social insurance. Methodological basis of research were systemic and structural approaches. 4. Theoretical and practical results: obtained results and recommendations in the research can be used to develop appropriate legislation and social programs for the functioning of social insurance and public social security schemes in developing strategies and tactics of public policy in the regulation of employment, unemployment, temporary disability and further scientific research of this problem in economic science. 5. Scientific novelty: grounded the reasonable functioning of the state funds for social insurance system integrity as a part of public finances and the vitality of their association into a single fund of compulsory social insurance, which carry out the accumulation of financial resources and their purposeful use to ensure adequate social insurance of citizens of the causes of unemployment, loss of professional qualifications or illness can't financially care about themselves. 6. Degree of implementation: proposed in the dissertation recommendations about improvement of social security funds taken into consideration and found their reflection in the practical activities of the executive management of social insurance against industrial accidents and occupational diseases in Chernovtsy and executive management of Chernivtsi Regional Department of Social Insurance Fund temporary disability and in teaching process in the Podolski State Agricultural and Technical University. 7. Field of use: the state social funds, academic institutions and in the educational process of higher education institutions.
