Uliutina O. Administrative legal principles of environmental protection and usage of nature

Tendencies and problems in the sphere of environmental protection and usage of nature are examined separately in the work; the main principles of state regulation in this area are separated; the essence and orientation of environmental protection activities of bodies of state power are opened; peculiarities of reserve fund and its legal framework are elucidated; attention are paid to the control and supervision in the sphere of environmental protection and usage of nature; directions for improvement of administrative legislation concerning environmental protection are proposed and proposals for amendments and additions to some normative legal acts of Ukraine are made.
