Essay

Object of research - nickel-based superaloys after different modifying methods. The subject of research - regularity of influence of modifying methods on structure and properties of responsible castings. Methods of research - optical and electronic metallography, x-ray-spectral analysis, testing machines and stands.It is established regularity of structure forming and properties changing of nickel-based superalloys ZhS3LS-VI and ZMI3U-VI after surface, volume, combined modification. It has been shown, that high-temperature processing melt provide good structural uniformity of the alloys, and next modification improve structure and properties of the responsible castings.Introduction: Zaporizhzhye machine-building plant with an economic effect 16816 hrv. (for engine D-336-2) and 3102 hrv.(for engine ТV3-117). Sphere of apply - mechanical engineering.
