The dissertation is dedicated to increasing resistance of the enamel of deciduous teeth in young children, taking into account the identified clinical and laboratory changes of oral liquid and possible risk factors for caries and the use of schemes designed prevention. Found that in children aged 1,5 years the prevalence of caries of deciduous teeth is 2,26±0,53% of the intensity 0,06±0,02 of tooth and 0,16±0,06 of surfaces. With each year the percentage of children affected significantly (p<0,001) increased. Particularly rapidly increases prevalence and intensity of caries and its complications in the second year of the child's life. In this age period prevalence of caries complications 4,03±1,61%, and intensity - 0,15±0,06 teeth. Indices of caries of deciduous teeth in children 1-3 years, found the most favorable to the health of deciduous teeth antenatal and postnatal factors. Revealed that children 2-3 years on the state of oral health affects the regularity of cleaning teeth and its multiplicity (1 or 2 times per day). The positive influence of applying the proposed schemes prevent tooth decay in children in different age periods in the state of oral hygiene, acid resistance of enamel of deciduous teeth in terms of TERI, on parameters of calcium, phosphorus, pH and its oral liquid mineralization capability. Proven clinical efficacy of the proposed health care complex in children 1-3 years. The most significant growth rate reduction of dental caries (86,89%) was observed in children who carried out preventive measures in the first year of life.
