Bilous S. Optimization of treatment of patients with endodontic pathology by Mineral Trioxide Aggregate materials application.

The dissertation is devoted to improvement of treatment quality of patients with endodontic pathology, specifically endodontic defects, at the expense of optimized modern Mineral Trioxide Aggregate material Trioxident selection. By the results of carried out profound laboratory examinations of its physical properties, studying of the biomechanical characteristic of teeth with intraroot resorption on the basis of their strength characteristics and intense-deforming state mathematical estimation, clinic-laboratory examination of patients with endodontic defects is proved the algorithm of their elimination with the use of Mineral Trioxide Aggregate material - Trioxident. Quantity of visitations, procedures offered in it are caused by an etiology of defects, their localization, volume, process course, their prescription. The analysis of nearest and long-term results of treatment of patients has allowed to estimate high clinical efficiency of material Trioxident in clinic of therapeutic dentistry.
