This thesis studied the need of Rivne and Rivne region adult population in plastic removable dentures bases, the main causes of bases failure are analyzed and bases failure frequency are determined. The technology of reinforcement of plastic removable dentures bases is grounded experimentally and with the help of mathematical calculations. The basic features of base reinforcement are determined and practical recommendations for their manufacture technology are developed. Clinical indexes to the reinforced base manufacturing and restoring the functionality of the masticatory system in individuals who use reinforced and unreinforced bases are studied.
