Moiseenko T. Resource maintenance of innovative activity of machine-building enterprises of Ukraine

It was proved in the Paper that success of innovative activity depends on resource maintenance, which is adequate to its goals and tasks, thus reasoning of the need in particular types of resources and defining optimal proportions between them is a mandatory part of enterprise innovation activity management system. Within the framework of theoretical research conceptual parts of economic theory on enterprise innovation activity resource maintenance were generalized and systemized, bottom characteristics of the resources and processes maintaining the activity of innovation-active legal entities were provided. It is proved, that there is a point in using "resource" and "market" approaches together as a theoretical-methodological basis when building effective enterprise innovation activity' resource maintenance. It is suggested, that resource maintenance is based on optimization principles, which don't contradict with the methodological traditions of enterprise theory. It is proved, that effective system of resource maintenance is based on the three-unity of the innovation activity resource forms, which is potentially effective. In order to show the sense of resource maintenance it is proposed to study it using a complex of activities with/on resources during the innovation activity processes. In the analytical part of the Paper peculiarities of development and efficiency of innovation activity of machine-building enterprises are defined, level of resource maintenance in the context of strategic and financial management is appraised. The proposed approach to building analytical tool basis leads to forming author model of consistent funds movement and adding economic value as a result. In the Paper scientific task of developing recommendations on building resource maintenance of machine-building enterprises is formulated, studied and resolved. The author emphasize consecutive change of resource forms which create resource maintenance cycle. After the one innovation cycle finished, the most important tusk is recognized and assess use opportunities of this results as a resources for the following innovation activity, just in time. The cyclic of the resource maintenance were study-based defined, as well as methodological support of the estimation of the resource maintenance efficiency was developed and forecast estimation of the prospects of economic added value by machine-building enterprises based on the resource factors was made. The scientific and practice outcomes of the Paper can be used in developing innovation strategy of Ukrainian industry modernization.
