Essay

This work is dedicated to problem of improvement of treatment efficiency in complicated eruption of lower molars by means of development and explanation of the new surgical treatment. There is osteoectomy of the anterior margin of the mandible ramus with retroposition of soft tissues behind tooth crown which makes favourable background for its function and eliminates inflammatory complications, its recurrence and is indicated in case of vertical tooth position or in 17? of its inclination and room insufficiency in jaw up to 5 mm. Implicated surgical method of treatment in complicated eruption of lower third molars in defined indications allowed to preserve 96,7% of teeth claim to be extracted.
