Researched activity from making of decision about beginning investigation as initial stage of preparing implementation in criminal procedure of Ukraine. The evaluation enshrined in the Criminal Procedural Code of Ukraine normative model of the initial stage of preparatory proceedings in terms of its conformity to theoretical understanding of its optimal building and capacity meeting the practical needs of establishing judicial perspective of the criminal case before its initiation.
