Vypryz'kyy A. Administrative compulsion in emergency state.

The dissertation deals with administrative-legal mechanism of the realization of emergency state regime. The historical-legal analysis of creation of the institute of emergency state in Ukraine is carried out, the essence and the legal point are searched, the international-legal aspects of the emergency state regime are studied. The role of the bodies of internal affairs in ensuring the emergency state regime is studied, general principles of organization of the activity of the bodies of internal affairs in specific conditions are determined. Administrative-enforcement measures in the conditions of emergency state are considered, the classification of these measures is realized.
