Essay

The study was aimed at features of general and local antiendotoxin immunity in patients with bronchial asthma and efficacy of specific immunotherapy. Antiendotoxin immunity, citokynes were studied in patient with positive respond to specific immunotherapy (responders) and without positive respond to specific immunotherapy (nonresponders). Specific immunotherapy in responders leaded to increasing level anti-ET-IgAi in blood, normalized level sputum's anti-ET-IgA, decreased level sputum's LBP and IgE in blood. Rеliable dynamics of antiendotoxin immunity indexes were not seen during the treatment. Simultaneous usage of probiotics in specific immunotherapy patients with bronchial asthma normalized level sputum's LBP and diminished level IgE more significantly compared with bronchial asthma patients received only allergens specific immunotherapy..Simultaneous usage by probiotics in specific immunotherapy patients with bronchial asthma lead to increasing clinical effectiveness of specific immunotherapy.
