Zagnii D. The socio-economical fundamentals of agricultural enterprises rural land-use management

The theoretical and practical aspects of the effective socio-economical agricultural enterprises land use management in Kharkiv oblast has been argued and deeply formed in the thesis work. The basis and factors, which influence on the formation of the effective management system has been systemized and generalized; the current situation of the agricultural enterprises land use management effectiveness has been analyzed. The rational directions of their further functioning with the aim of the increasing of land use effectiveness has been argued. The influence of management steps to increase ecological, economical and social effectiveness of agricultural enterprises land use has been investigated on the certain example. The results of the investigations has been developed to the level of the methodical and practical recommendations for their use in agrarian sphere, what will be provide the increasing of social-economical effectiveness of agricultural enterprises land use management.
