Essay

This paper is devoted to the optimization of brain dysfunction diagnostics on the basis of neuropsychological assessment and to the establishment of their features in patients with essential and renal hypertension. It was shown the presence of neuropsychological changes in patients with the first stage of essential hypertension. It was proposed the new method of early signs diagnostics of brain disorders in patients with arterial hypertension. It was established that chronic renal failure impairs cognitive function in patients with renal hypertension. Predictors for cognitive impairment in patients with essential hypertension were developed under clinical, laboratory and instrumental parameters.
