The dissertation discusses the theoretical foundations, information technology and the positioning device and stabilization of the formative elements of super precision machine instrument- and engineering. Scientific novelty is in the development of mathematical model of substantiate claims of accuracy of the machine; development of methods and structures of information and management devices of stabilization and positioning of the axial, radial and aerostatic linear guide; the algorithm of cutter moving along the estimated trajectory and its correction with the established intervals; processing technology elements optics and mechanics, the processing error of less than 0,03 microns.
