Vasilyevа О. Clinical-pathogenetic substantiation of a modified regime of correction of intestinal microflora of unhospital pneumonia in infants

Dissertation is dedicated to improving the efficiency of infants’ medical treatment of unhospital pneumonia. Main reasonings of the improving are based on thorough study of pathogenetic role of qualitative and quantitative composition of intestinal microflora, level of cytokines, condition of cellular and humoral immune system components and antyendotoksyn immunity. Imbalance of cellular, humoral and phagocytic components of immunity, indicators of interleukins and antyendotoksyn immunity of blood serum of infants suffering from unhospital pneumonia was established. The dependence of the imbalance upon severity of disease was also determined. At the height of the disease qualitative and/or quantitative changes of intestinal flora, which deepened in the dynamics of treatment, were found in 80 % of infants.In the given thesis it is suggested to determine content of lymphocytes populations and subpopulations, the major classes of immunoglobulin, phagocytosis indexes, CIC, levels of oppositional pools of interleukins, titers of antibody antyendotoksyns in blood serum and to calculate integral indicators of endogenous intoxication for the assessment of unhospital pneumonia severity, control of effectiveness of introduced treatment measures and disease prognosis for infants. An integrated treatment scheme with inclusion of probiotic preparation was designed.
