Essay

The conducted investigation of human embryos of the first 12 weeks of embryogenesis allowed to establish the fact that proceeding from comparison of processes of proliferation and death of cells, differentiation, specialization and integration of cells and formation of collagen stroma, composing the structural components of the embryonal histogenesis of provisional organ – mesonephros and definitive organ – metanephros takes place according to the same laws. At the same time the organ features of development of each studied organs are also present. Embryonic histogenesis of mesonephros in the early stages of development is not controlled by sexual hormones: estrogen and progesterone. In the metanephros the estrogen-positive cells are constantly present in metanephrogenic tissue. Sequence of expression and reduction of glycopolymers, which are the receptors of lectins Amaranth, Urtica dioica, Persa fluviatilis and Caragana arborescens and their amount in the course of development of embryos in the first 12 weeks of embryogenesis in the anlage of mesonephros are statistically authentic, not differing from those in the anlage of metanephros, but for the lectin receptors of Pisum sativum, Sambucus racemosa and Viscum album such statistically authentic regularity is not present.
