Object of research: high-mobility concrete mixes, which were obtained gidroactivation fine aggregate with binder and wall products based on them. Objective: to increase the destructive strength lime-silica composites by the directed regulation of volume changes and levels of service properties by optimizing the compositions and technological regimes. Research methods and equipment. Applied to a complex of modern (low-frequency ultrasonic system for determining the modulus of elasticity, microhardness was determined on the microhardness and the estimated number of hardness, porosity, nature - the technique Brusser) and standard methods and techniques of analysis: the planning of multifactor experiments and computer processing technology results, the use of complex physical and chemical methods : electron microscopy, differential thermal analysis to determine the structural and phase composition of composites. Statistical analysis of experimental results, calculation and optimization of compounds activated binders and composites was carried out using the apparatus of mathematical experiment planning (Department PATBM, OSABA). Results. Confirmed the effectiveness of using gidroactivation fine aggregate with lime-silica binder for building products based on lime-silica composites by injection molding technology. The efficiency of an integrated optimization of structure, taking into account the regularities of changes of crack and other general indicators that can predict the quality of products with a higher degree of certainty. Suggested formulations and modes of obtaining lime-silica composites, non-autoclave curing with improved physical (density and thermal conductivity) and performance (fracture toughness and deformability) properties in terms of reduction of energy costs. Experimental and theoretical study allowed us to develop the technological scheme of production of lime-silica composites, non-autoclave curing of molding technology. Novelty. First conducted pilot testing of research and use them to derive the experimental and statistical dependence of the effect of composition mixture based on lime-silica binder on the magnitude of the relative change in volume. The change of viscosity lime-silica binder and mixture on the basis of the activation process. The influence of the modes and conditions of curing mixtures on the properties of activated composites: strength, deformability and fracture characteristics and structure. The analysis of communication properties listed with the structure. Implementation. Results of optimization of the compositions and curing regimes implemented by the enterprise "Profbudkomplekt" Federation of Trade Unions of Ukraine to the release of experimental-industrial batch of wall blocks volume of 150m3. Results are introduced in the educational process.
