The thesis highlights the theoretical, methodical and modern practical aspects of introducing the cluster model for developing milkprocessing enterprises of food industry. The author's definitions of the concepts: "cluster", "cluster's model", "the mechanism of introducing the cluster model" have been formulated. The basic classifying features of clusters has been determined and systematized. The experience of introducing the cluster model at the enterprises of the world and Ukraine has been analyzed. The efficiency estimation of functioning of milkprocessing enterprises of Zaporizhzhya region has been performed. The pre-conditions for creating the cluster association of enterprises in the milk-industrial complex of Vilnyansk, Zaporizhzhya region has been analyzed. The model of the milk-industrial cluster of enterprises of Zaporizhzhya region has been worked out. The mechanism of introducing the cluster model for development of milkprocessing enterprises has been offered. With the purpose of providing milkprocessing enterprises of the area with high-quality raw materials the efficiency of fulfilling the investment project in creating the stock-raising complex in Zaporizhzhya region has been substantiated. The methodology of estimating the efficiency of enterprises functioning within the cluster has been offered. The effect of creating the milk-industrial cluster in the Zaporizhzhya region has been determined.
