The thesis is devoted to investigation of arranging juvenile testimony mechanism, its interpretation during interrogation of juveniles of different age groups. Social and psychological peculiarities of specific age groups, their effect on the quality of juvenile testimony are researched. The specific features of the arranging juvenile testimony process are defined and the classification of conscientious errors in juvenile testimony is suggested. The work pays attention to the peculiarities of filing and tactics of conducting juvenile interrogation. The system of interrogation tactic methods for different age groups of juvenile is offered.
