Bondar R. Vascular psychosis (clinical-and-psychological characteristics, prediction and therapy)

On basis of studying clinical-and-psychopathological and psychological regularities of vascular psychosis formation it was proved and worked out the principles and methods of diagnosis, prediction, therapy and rehabilitation of mentioned damages. Clinical originality of these disorders was ascertained. Personal peculiarities of patients suffering from vascular psychosis were found out. Ecological factors which help appear vascular psychosis were studied. The factors which enable to prognose the course of illness were specified. Complex clinical and psychodiagnostical investigation of patients suffering from vascular psychosis made it possible to prove the system of differentiated treatment and rehabilitation help scientifically. Its composition together with antioxidants and neuprotectors includes the use of rationally-emotional and cognitively-behavioral therapy in aggregate with autogenous training.
