Essay

Object - automatic control system of deep mine main pumping complex. Goal - reduce of mine costs on electricity at the expense of automatic control system of mine pumping complex development, which permits to decrease mine power system load irregularity and to provide work synchronism for certain pumping areas. Research Methods and equipment – system analysis method, methods of modern automatic control discrete-event systems theory based on Max-Plus algebra, graph and Petri net theory, mathematic simulation and forecasting methods, methods and algorithms of multilevel hierarchical systems’ coordination. Theoretical and practical results - an actual scientific and practical problem solved of automatic control system of mine main pumping complex synthisis in accordance with the requirements of the offpick electro-consumption, which permits to decrease mine power system load irregularity and to provide work synchronism for certain pumping, that at the whole is essential for development of control systems of deep mine pumping complex and permits to reduce of mine costs on electricity. The novelty consists in development of new discrete-event mathematic model of mine pumping complex on Max-plus algebra basis, which reflects time interaction of pumping areas, that permits to formalize analysis and synthesis processes in state parameters space; further developments of synthesis methodology of mine pumping discrete-event control algorithms, that permits to reduce work of pumping complex at the pick electric power consumption periods; further developments of multilevel hierarchical structure of automatic control systems with the use of discrete-event control algorithms of the offpick electric power consumption at top level and discrete-continuous control of local subsystems at bottom level; further developments of non-iterative coordination algorithm of detached mine pumping elements’ local control systems with use of inflow forecasting that provides synchronicity and cyclicity of pumping complex work in the stationary and non-stationary modes. The degree of implementation – pumping systems implementation within the scope of agreements execution with SE «Ukrugletorfrestrukturizatsia» and «UkrShakhtgidrozaschita» in «Scientific production association «Hymec», complex objects automation projects’ development and distributed control systems construction in engineering company LLC «Inpromtech». Area of use - mining.
