Ostapyok N. State adjusting of development of tourist branch in Ukraine

The object of research is processes of the tourist branch development. The purpose of research is development of scientific and methodical bases for diagnostics and forecasting processes of tourist industry development in Ukraine. Methods of research are abstract and logical method; method of synthesis and comparative analysis; economic and mathematical modeling; correlation and regression analysis; method of neural networks and control; cluster analysis; analysis and synthesis; system approach. Theoretical and practical results. Methodical approach to the adjusting of the tourism branch development, that based on the forecast models conjuncture changes and the segment structure of tourist services and allows to determine the directions of the tourist flows optimization and form effective structure of the tourism branch in Ukraine; methodical maintenance of the forecasting the tourist services market that provides a combination of economic-mathematical, expert methods and apparatus neural networks and allows to determine the dominance of individual regions and the new structure of the tourism industry depending on the elasticity of the tourists responses and the hierarchy of their needs in the context of the conjuncture factors; assessment of status and balance of tourist services market, that implies an analysis of the factors influence on the state and development of the tourist branch groups conjuncture factors are got further development. Mechanism of state adjusting of the tourist branch subjects activity on the basis of complex approach to solving the economic and social problems that gives the possibility of reducing the administrative barriers to enterprise development; methodical approach to diagnostics of the tourist branch development in Ukraine based on the typology of regional markets of tourist services in terms of the tourist demand and proposals parameters; theoretical approach to the construction of the separation of powers central and local bodies of executive power of the state regulation tourism that allows to avoid excessive administration are improved. Scientific results are used in the activities of the Ukrainian-Canadian joint venture "МBERIF Business-Center" (certificate No 800ВЕР from 20.08.2011), and the Chief of Department of Economy of Ivano-Frankivsk Regional State Administration (certificate No 02/12-81 from 21.01.2011).
