Klunko N. Economic and organizational mechanism for logistics development in manufacturing.

The object of research is the process for management of material, financial and information flows at the enterprises of pharmaceutical industry. The purpose of research is further development of theoretical and methodological support of the economic and organizational mechanism of logistical processes development at the enterprises of pharmaceutical industry in Ukraine. Methods of research are system analysis; expert interview; economic analysis; methods of mathematical statistics. Theoretical and practical results. Methodological approach to organizational development of logistics infrastructure on the Ukrainian pharmaceutical enterprises that has the distinction of four levels of its development from the simple storage and transportation of finished products to the use of a full complex of logistic system, and allows to integrate the planning and control processes of the logistics operations with marketing, sales, production and finance; methodical approach to estimation for efficiency of the logistical system functioning at the enterprises of the pharmaceutical industry that includes definition of the factors properties and allows to carry out rapid adjustment managerial actions in the course formation of the economic and organizational mechanism of the logistic processes development; organizational approach to the formation mechanism of the logistics services interaction to other divisions of the pharmaceutical enterprise that differs from the existing ones by isolation of all spheres production logistics service and gives the possibility of coordinating its actions are got further development. The conceptual apparatus of the logistics theory due to define the essence of economic and organizational mechanism of the logistic processes development that differs by presence of the objective function for its application and gives the proof of the economic effect from its introduction at the enterprises of pharmaceutical industry of Ukraine; methodical maintenance of logistic analysis characterized by the use of different approaches to evaluating the effectiveness of economic and organizational mechanism of the logistic processes development and enables sound management decisions are improved. Research results are used in activity of "Pharm-Stoma", "Pharmaceutical company "Zdorovie ", and for the teaching of courses "Organization of production "and "Planning of the enterprise activity " in Kharkov Social and Economic Institute.
