The thesis presents the theoretical generalization and a new scientific problem solving - the development of the theoretical principles and the applied guidelines for investment projects the efficiency evaluation of machine-building enterprises. Conducted research was aimed at developing theoretical principles methodical and applied recommendations for improving investment projects the efficiency evaluation of machine-building enterprises. Scientific novelty of the results which were received consists in the development of scientifically based on theoretical aspects and practical guidelines for the efficiency evaluation of machine-building enterprises. In the thesis the essence of the concept of "investment project" was defined; current approaches to the investment projects the efficiency evaluation of enterprises were analyzed; a diagnostics model in the realization system of investment projects was developed.
