Essay

The thesis is devoted to theoretical generalization and new solution of scientific task relative to definition of content of temporal law relationships in administrative legal procedure and localization of faults in their law regulation.Acknowledgment of different aspects of connection of time with some objects defines that moment and duration are accessory of time. Duration means explicitly defining of some interval of time during one the procedural act may be realized. Moment is measure in expiration of time which allows to define and fix some interval of time.
