Sova O. Financial Mechanism of State Budget Deficit Management of Ukraine.

Conceptual approach in regard to the financial mechanism management of budgetary deficit as a state regulator through explanation of theoretical principals of econometric methods of modeling of influencing on Ukrainian state budgetary deficit on macroeconomic data was formed in the dissertation thesis. The definition of financial mechanism of state budget deficit management as a system of the concerted methods, instruments and levers of fiscal influence on forming and financing of state budgetary deficit was defined. The basic groups of determinants of budgetary deficit were marked. Modeling of budgetary deficit relation with parameters of macroeconomic dynamics was realized. The ways of improvement of financial mechanism management of state budget deficit for maintaining a financial stability in Ukraine within the context of increasing an effectiveness of their elements were suggested. The measures of budgetary deficit management in foreign countries were researched and ways of modernization of financial mechanism management deficit in Ukraine were offered.
