The theoretical and practical purposes of management the economical potential of small enterprises are investigated in the dissertation. The contents of small enterprises economical potential, its components, the structure and the factors that influence it are revealed, and also the researches concerning management of small enterprises economical potential have been done. The evaluation methodology of the economical potential level of small enterprises is developed on the complex analysis. The economical potential measurement has been done on the synergistic approach. The small enterprises economic potential is evaluated and characterized by the set of indicators that reflects its quantitative and qualitative parameters. The managing mechanisms of the economical potential, the key strategy for managing small enterprises economical potential are elaborated and suggested for usage.
