Essay

Object - alcoholic cirrhosis of the liver with portal hypertension syndrome. Aim- increasing efficiency in treatment of patients and identifying independent predictors of mortality; novelty - it is found out, that use of lisinopril and mebikarum along with basic therapy leads to more expressed improvement of portal haemodynamics, leading to reduced frequency of bleeding from the varicose veins of the esophagus and a model of mortality prognosis of this pathology is created.
