Research is devoted to the question of formation of the hydrochemical composition of groundwater existing intakes of Kharkiv. The paper presents the main sources of pollution in the region that adversely affect the environment (air, soil, plants, potable water). The composition, concentration, and the source of the formation of micro groundwater withdrawals small town of Kharkiv. The analysis of the geochemical composition of rocks and large areas of intense water exchange of Kharkiv and evaluate the possible impact on his Micro Component of the groundwater. Completed zoning of groundwater withdrawals on the degree of their content of toxic elements. Determined trace element composition of some indicators of the body (hair) in the experimental groups. Study and analyze the similarity of trace elements in the human body with the chemical composition of underground drinking water towns of Kharkiv region. The results are used by administrative departments of cities and regions in order to improve the conservation and reproduction of the environment and the improvement of potable water. Revealed features of the possible effects of individual toxic trace elements on human health are typical and can be used for prediction and validation of protective measures in other regions of the country.
