Essay

Object of research: automated control system of high voltage electric power objects (EPO). The purpose of research: development of scientific and technical bases and improving methods of current and voltage measuring of high voltage EPO by digital modeling and preliminary digital processing of output signals of primary sensors, intellectualization of measurement procedure, ensuring interoperability and interaction with automation, relay protection and measurement digital systems in accordance with international regulations in this area. Methods of research: mathematical modeling, information modeling based on CIM technology, digital processing, artificial neural networks theory, theory of measurement errors, methods of planning experiments and statistical processing of test results. Theoretical and practical results: improving of method of currents and voltages measuring of high voltage EPO by typing in the measuring circuit, directly at the transducer, the electronic unit, which implements the procedure for converting measured signal into digital form and ensures the required accuracy, interference immunity and fixation of measure time; first defined the basic technical requirements and reasonable structural decisions for design the adaptive current and voltage instrument transducers (ACVIT); first identified and substantiated informational connection scheme of instrument transformers with automated control systems of electrical substations UES of Ukraine that will provide the necessary reliability, accuracy and speed of measurement information; a method of digital compensation of ACVIT output signal in EPO steady-state conditions. Degree of introduction: results were used in 5 projects of national standards "Communication networks and systems in substations", which were developed by harmonization of IEC standards and recommended for implementation on high voltage EPO of UES of Ukraine. Sphere of use: high voltage electric power objects.
