Essay

Object - infrared gas heater tube as a gas heater systems, air radiant heating. Goal - improving the efficiency of infrared tube heaters, gas appliances, by improving their methods of calculating and determining the rational parameters of their work. Methods - Theoretical studies based on the deductive approach with the involvement of the general laws of conservation of mass, momentum and energy. Formulated the problem of calculating and determining the rational parameters of tubular infrared gas heaters are solved by methods of evolutionary search for the most preferred solutions, which proved the corresponding convergence of the iterative process. Experimental studies performed on real objects - infrared tube heaters, gas appliances installed in existing heating systems and in the stands at their trials. Novelty - the first time a mathematical model of tubular infrared gas heater as the hydraulic circuit with distributed and adjustable parameters, formulated new task of calculating and determining the rational parameters of infrared tube heaters, gas appliances, including thermal and hydraulic calculation of the heater, the calculation of the temperature elongations tubular surface of the heater and obtain a numerical solution methods problems of calculating and determining the rational parameters of tubular infrared gas heaters on the basis of an evolutionary search for the most preferred solutions, experimentally proved the reliability of the developed mathematical model of tubular infrared gas heater as the hydraulic circuit and its method of calculation. Results - the algorithms and programs of the thermal and hydraulic calculation of infrared tube heaters, gas appliances, calculation of temperature elongations tubular surface of the heater. The results of the implemented design and construction systems, air radiant heating made by LLC "Neon", Dnepropetrovsk, and the company KNPP Energocomplex, Dnepropetrovsk in the development of technical specifications.
