The object of research: monitoring processes innovations (ID) at the enterprises of machine building industry. Aim: theoretical reasons, guidance and scientific proposals to formulate and implement a monitoring mechanism ID for example machine-building enterprises of Kharkov region. Research Methods and apparatus: a multivariate statistical analysis (factor, graphic analytical), a systematic approach, methods of observation, comparison, generalization and formalization, analysis and synthesis of expert evaluations. Theoretical and practical results: methodical approach to the base of monitoring indicators based on thorough consideration of ID areas of enterprise and performance ranking based on its evaluation of the factorial analysis changed the traditional basis of the balanced scorecard, which, unlike the current state, now includes five basic perspectives: knowledge, finance, technology, markets and resources which use the system for monitoring ID to protect its integrity and efficiency, developed guidelines for monitoring the implementation of innovative project which, unlike the existing provisions designed using graphic analytical approach based on Lagrange polynomial interpolation. Novelty: the first conceptual framework for monitoring ID using tasks adapted to the innovation scorecard; substantially improved conceptual scheme-structural approach to monitoring ID for machine tool enterprise, which includes, in contrast to traditional regulations, independently controlled components company ID; received further development of rapid response mechanism for monitoring results ID, whose position, unlike current practice, allow to interpret the results of monitoring observation using intervalovoho approach that allows terms of indicators and the level of efficiency engineering enterprise ID and on this basis increases the accuracy of a strategy to improve Id.
