Energy conservation as a tool for implementing energy efficiency policies, which are achieved through development of national economy. Scientific-theoretical basis and development of practical recommendations for energy conservation policy and projections of energy intensity of industrial production in Ukraine in conditions of market relations, to socio-economic growth. Methods: A systematic and analytical, statistical, economic and mathematical, scientific abstraction, groups and classifications. The results obtained in the process of doing research, complement and develop the theory of state regulation of energy-saving features. Conclusions, suggestions, recommendations made in the thesis can be used in studies of decision-making aimed at improving the practice of forecasting the development and implementation of energy conservation policy. Investigated the impact of state regulation of energy industry through a system of indicators. A model of tax incentives for the introduction of energy efficient equipment in industrial plants.
