Latsik G. The Financial instruments at the mortgage market of Ukraine

Object of study: forming and functioning of mortgage market is in the economic system of the state. Purpose: to ground theoretical-methodical principles of financial tool of mortgage market. Methods: analysis, synthesis, comparison, grouping, formalization, generalization. Results: first grounded functional substance of financial instruments; it is improved organizationally methodical principles of improvement of structure of mortgage market; going purchased subsequent development near bringing in of mortgage resources. Use: it is inculcated in practical activity of Center of scientific researches of NBU and Prat "Kinto". A sphere is use of financial instruments.
