Regioselectivity of the formation of several new N-, S-, Se-, Te-containing condensed heterocyclic systems based on 1,2,4-triazole and thieno[2,3-d]pyrimidine was investigated. The preparative synthetic methods for mentioned heterocycles were elaborated. Chemical properties and biological activity of synthesized compounds were studied.
