Venger L. Organizational and economic mechanisms of corporate governance in industry of Ukraine

An object is corporate governance system of the industry of Ukraine. Research purpose - generalization of theoretical bases of establishment and development of corporate governance organizational and economic mechanisms and elaboration of the recommendations concerning their improvement considering the necessity of strengthening of corporate governance impact for enhancing of the industrial competitiveness. Methods and apparatus - system and functional analysis, analysis and synthesis, economic and statistical analysis, graphical analysis. Theoretical and practical results - studding of the theoretical bases of the formation of corporate governance national model taking into account peculiarities of corporate governance organizational and economic mechanisms and substantiate the directions of their improvement. Novelty - on the basis of the theoretical foundations and methodological approaches concerning assessing of the ownership concentration level in the Ukrainian industry, the impact of the corporate governance on the efficiency of industrial enterprises was found out and the directions for improving the organizational and economic mechanisms of corporate governance were suggested.
