Moskaluk O. The Mechanism for the resolution of temporal and content legal conflicts

This dissertation is dedicated to the critical study of temporal and content conflicts of legal norms as well as the correlation between legal conflicts and related categories together with the mechanism to overcome them. The legal nature of the choice of law principles is determined. The correlation between the later and conflict norms as well as the legal principles is specified. The emphasis falls on the analysis of judicial practice related to resolving the legal conflicts. Thus, the dissertation seeks to provide an understanding of the correlation between the temporal and content principles of resolving legal conflicts. Moreover, the key points for overcoming the temporal legal conflicts being caused by continuous character of legal relationships are studied.
