Essay

The disertation is devoted to improving efficiency and safety of surgical interventions in patients with purulent-inflammatory processes in the lower third of face and neck. The disertation investigates the possibility of using low concentrations local anesthetic drug. A new extraoral method of conduction anesthesia glossopharyngeal nerve. The proposed scheme is optimal premedication for patients with purulent-inflammatory processes as a method of "preventive analgesia". The method of anesthesia combined operations in the maxillofacial area based on a combination of conduction anesthesia in the background of optimal sedation and intravenous sedation further.
