Object - technological process of the low-volume airblast spraying. Aims - to decrease the energy supplying of the airblast sprayers and to improve the quality of vineyards spraying via investigation to the technological process and adjustment of the low-volume airblast sprayer at the vineyards according to the leaf area surface. Methods - based on aero- and hydrodynamics laws, mathematical modelling, and statistics. Innovation - spraying was analysed as the process of aerosol filtration through a plant canopy. The model of how the characteristics of the air-flow and plant canopy influence to the stick of liquid and the pesticide losses found out. Experimantal data were used to build a diagram for the calibration of the air flow according to the plants sizes considered as a filter. The air-flow range was determined to provide both the quality and the energy- and pesticide-saving spraying on the vineyards. Results - were applied to The Recommendations of adjustment of the low-volume sprayers on vineyards developed for the Ministry of agrarian policy of AR Crimea. Commercial usage was tasted in Companies NVSGP "Nauka" and DP "Tavrida". Area - agricultural production.
