Essay

In the dissertation results of a complex investigation of clinical-psychopathologic, psychologic, social-demographic peculiarities of 147 persons with ischemic heart disease (IHD) who underwent coronary interventions with stenting of arteries (SCA) are presented. It was established that 51,7± 4,1% of patients in the period from 1 month to 3 years after SCA had clinical signs of non-psychotic depressive (38,8 ±4,0%) and anxious (12,9± 2,8%) disorders. Character of psychotraumatic factors, psychologic peculiarities and life quality of patients examined were defined, as well as their interrelationship with presence and severity of psychic disorders amongst. A positive impact of SCA on the course of anxiety-depressive disorders in patients with IHD as compared to drug therapy of IHD was shown. Stage-by-stage system of therapeutic-rehabilitative measure for correction of psychic disorders in patients with IHD was proposed. Efficacy of an 8-10 week course of therapy with antidepressants (cipralex, melitor, stimulton) aimed at reduction of depressive symptomatic, essential decrease of anxiety manifestations and improvement of life quality was shown.
