The dissertation is devoted to the gnosiologicalgrounding of the principle of inevitability of legal responsibility, namely: the formal, content and pragmatic characteristics of the apodicticity of legalresponsibility, alongwith the analysis of itsproblematicity, assertiveness, indifferentismandimpossibility. Thuscarriesout the deepening of the cognition of the inevitability, as one of the modal principles of legal responsibility. The worldview basis of this consideration is a concept of the notion of law as a part of legal reality.
