The dissertation deals with the complex research of the system interpretation of the criminal law. The system and system-forming relations of the criminal law are analyzed. The concept of the system interpretation of the criminal law is formulated on the basis of the system analysis of the scientific resources. The correlation of the system interpretation of the criminal law with other ways of interpretation is investigated. The possible methods and rules of the system interpretation of the criminal law are grounded, the peculiarities of the application of such rules are characterized.
